About Us: Patrick Pappano Bio

Pat’s early education took place in Italy, and New Milford and later Greenwich CT. In 1966 Pat earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Ohio University, with studies in architecture and industrial design. In 1985 Pat earned a Master's degree in business from Columbia University.

After graduating from college, Pat enjoyed a career selling aggregate for concrete building construction and later traveled nationally and internationally as a sales engineer for Research-Cottrell (later Air & Water Technologies), working on air and water pollution control projects, which included soil remediation in response to RCRA regulations.

After 30 years, Pat obtained securities licenses and worked as an institutional endowment and retirement plan financial advisor for UBS and Merrill Lynch. Pat has always had a passion for commercial investment real estate and obtained a real estate license which will enable him to put his technical and investment experience to work, helping clients reach their commercial real estate investment objectives.

Pat earned the designation of Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) and is studying for the coveted CCIM designation. Pat’s experience in structuring complicated financial transactions as well as his diverse construction knowledge lends a unique and valuable set of services to his clients.

Pat is married and he and his wife reside in Southbury CT and are parishioners at St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church in Roxbury. Pat is a patentee on an anchor used to tie steel structures to concrete footings. Pat has taught as a volunteer at St. Dominic’s School in Shelton and is an avid skier.
